I was on the road for a few days camping on the Guadalupe River and my iPhone 7 stopped working. It would not come on. I have T-Mobile as my carrier and stopped in a location in New Braunfels, expecting to buy a new phone. I asked if they did diagnostics. The representative said no, but there is a CPR next door. I took my phone there and they checked it out almost immediately. It turns out I had moisture damage. They quoted me the initial price for drying the phone, but advised that it was unlikely to work. The charge for the evaluation? NOTHING! I appreciated the promptness, professionalism and honesty. I ended up buying a new phone through T-Mobile, but if I need cell phone service again, Ill look to CPR.

Called too get a tablet screen fixed, told they could do it. Show up and the OWNER tells us he only works on "apple products" was in store for 30 minutes, just too be told that. Store business name isn't "repair apple products"

I chose ALL of the above!I have insurance thru AT&T...why, I don't know!Second time a claim has been denied.My husband went online and found CPR, and their cost to repair was more than half of what my deductible would have been!I was told my iPad would be ready in 3 hours, I did not expect that!Plus, it's a Veteran Owned business!God Bless America!

Clean store, friendly employees, quick service! They sell laptops, iPads, and phones with financing, which is great for anyone who can't afford $1,000 for a new phone all at once. Without a doubt, a professional operation!! Incredibly talented individuals at their craft, great Customer Service as well. My daughters iphone 6s was destroyed ... i thought. Glass was fractured so bad that microscopic pieces were embedded in the circuitry. The phone powered on but flickered like it was shorting out. I looked into purchasing a new / used one and the price was $300 and up. My daughters phone was worth Zero dollars and Zero cents at this point. A co-worker recommended I give CPR a shot since we had nothing to lose. I was very surprised to hear that he could fix it and doubted this actually. I received a call about an hour later that it was complete. Went and picked it up and it was literally brand new! The phone has been working perfectly now for 3 months and we will be able to trade it up for an upgrade when the time comes. CPR has also repaired a charging port for me and, today, I hope to get them to install a glass protective screen on my new Moto phone. Thanks Guys! See You around 10!
